Half Year Already

Half year already, I also don't realize the time passed. My hubby is a very nice person. And, I'm lucky to have him. But how can I live without seeing him on weekdays. We only see each other weekend as he work far from me. However, I trust him. This long distance relationship make me more mature and sensitive too. Please Allah, lend me your strength.. I love him.

Wonderful make me Wonder...

Hi guys,, well, I had a story.. a nice ones. it's about the love that make me wonder. this started years ago. Cinderella met her prince charming but not knowing that him is the ones. and so, Cinderella just seem him as bothersome. However, things started to change when her prince save her from a dark world and brings her to a wonderful castle that make her wonder.. but them Cinderella been left in the tower for a couple of years. However, the miracle did happen and her prince come back to pick her up. that is the time now and I wish this moment and love will keep going in the world and hereafter.. make me wonder....

Memories...

Today when I climbed Broga Hills, I found that I really miss my family in Machang, PBSM CiPT UiTM Kelantan. They are my family back then. During Diploma time, I was one of commander for UiTM Machang. I missed them so much, it's been 2 years I last saw them. All the memories kept rolling in my mind, the time we went for camp, hiking, lunch together, family day together and meeting until late night. I really missed those memories. They are nice, funny and our bond really tight. If one falls, we all will help him or her to get up. We had been taking care for each other. I missed the smell of our sweat when doing outdoor activities. I hope I can see them again.

How to Improve your Verbal and Non-verbal Communication

VERBAL COMMUNICATION
These are the ways to enhance your Verbal Communication:

- eliminate noise such as people talking, radio sound and etc.
- get feedback, you can see through the audience verbal and body signals
- speak slowly and rephrase your sentence
- don't ever talk down to the other people
- listen carefully and patiently
- keep it sweet and simple

NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION
Non-verbal communication help the speaker to convey their ideas more effectively.
There are several ways to improve non-verbal communication such as:

- keep appropriate distance
- touch only when appropriate
- take care of your appearance
- be aware as people may give false cues
- maintain eye contact
- smile genuinely
- improve your gesture and posture

Facial expressions can be put a lot more interesting for the audience. Facial expression for each emotions are different. There are six categories of facial expressions which includes, happiness, sadness, anger, disgust, surprise and fear.

Caring Workplace Practices

In order to create a comfortable working environment, you must first play your role. You have to give your respect to others before earn  respect from them. Create a caring workplace practices among the employees and employer. This practices consist of :

C- Creative Communication
A- Atmosphere and Appreciation
R- Respect and Reason for being
E- Empathy and Enthusiasm

You have to be an effective communicator to build rapport with colleagues, subordinates, employer, suppliers and customers. These are the Things to Avoid as an Effective Communicator :

1. Don't assume or interrupt while talking.
2. Inconsistent BODY LANGUAGE
3. Negativity and whining (go around and around) behavior
4. Using jargon and words that are difficult to understand
5. Rambling (talk nonsense) conversations
6. Accepting phone calls when others are talking
7. Tapping, fidgeting or looking away
8. Avoid eye contact
9. Avoid sarcasm

How to write an email..

Email have become one of the communication medium in business nowadays. Email can be formal and informal. And for business purpose email should be formal.

There are several manner you need to follow to write a business email such as, to be professional ethics, you can't use harsh word, don't ever scold your recipient, be calm and address as a person (adult) and be short and precise on what your intention writing the email because people don't have time to read so long. You are advice to be nice and firm.

1. Paragraph
you are advice to write email with 3 paragraph.
-introduction
-content
-conclusion

2. Language
you should master vocabulary , so it would be easier for you to write email faster and with correct spelling. Because if you write with wrong spelling you give your customer bad impression about your company.

3. Style
style is format. This is how you present yourself in the email. This is crucial as the recipient may or may not know you. So, the only way the recipient know you is through your writing. Certain company has standard style. Remember to show your courtesy.

THE 3P IN KNOWLEDGE SHARING

These technique can be practice in class or meeting. So that the session will be more productive.

1. Punctuality
-keep to time in group work, assignment, meeting time and deadlines.
- for example, the work start at 9.00 a.m. So, you should already at the desk and ready for work at 9.00 a.m.
-don't disturb others with your late.

-you are a representative for your organization. So, you have the responsibility to maintain a good image for your organization. Come early for a meeting especially when you are dealing with other people. Don't be late for even one second. Your company may loss million Ringgit because of you late for one minute.
-businessman very particular about time as for them, every second is the opportunity of business.

2. Pay Attention
-focus in class and meeting. Stop play with your gadgets especially cellphone. Take notes, you can write a main ideas and a suggestion for improvement. Remember that a critical mind is when you start to focus more on the solution of the problem not the cause of it. Yes, you need to know the cause. But that it, find more than one solution and decide which the best.

3. Participate Actively
-develop your questioning mind. A mind that working is a mind that develop question. Please ask question. Question is a symbol of intelligent. There is no such thing as silly question, there's only silly answer. You will never get an answer without asking. So, please ask.
