Today when I climbed Broga Hills, I found that I really miss my family in Machang, PBSM CiPT UiTM Kelantan. They are my family back then. During Diploma time, I was one of commander for UiTM Machang. I missed them so much, it's been 2 years I last saw them. All the memories kept rolling in my mind, the time we went for camp, hiking, lunch together, family day together and meeting until late night. I really missed those memories. They are nice, funny and our bond really tight. If one falls, we all will help him or her to get up. We had been taking care for each other. I missed the smell of our sweat when doing outdoor activities. I hope I can see them again.

How to Improve your Verbal and Non-verbal Communication
VERBAL COMMUNICATION
These are the ways to enhance your Verbal Communication:
- eliminate noise such as people talking, radio sound and etc.
- get feedback, you can see through the audience verbal and body signals
- speak slowly and rephrase your sentence
- don't ever talk down to the other people
- listen carefully and patiently
- keep it sweet and simple
NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION

- maintain eye contact

How to write an email..
Email have become one of the communication medium in business nowadays. Email can be formal and informal. And for business purpose email should be formal.
There are several manner you need to follow to write a business email such as, to be professional ethics, you can't use harsh word, don't ever scold your recipient, be calm and address as a person (adult) and be short and precise on what your intention writing the email because people don't have time to read so long. You are advice to be nice and firm.
1. Paragraph
you are advice to write email with 3 paragraph.
-introduction
-content
-conclusion

THE 3P IN KNOWLEDGE SHARING
These technique can be practice in class or meeting. So that the session will be more productive.
1. Punctuality
-keep to time in group work, assignment, meeting time and deadlines.
- for example, the work start at 9.00 a.m. So, you should already at the desk and ready for work at 9.00 a.m.
-don't disturb others with your late.

-you are a representative for your organization. So, you have the responsibility to maintain a good image for your organization. Come early for a meeting especially when you are dealing with other people. Don't be late for even one second. Your company may loss million Ringgit because of you late for one minute.
-businessman very particular about time as for them, every second is the opportunity of business.

-focus in class and meeting. Stop play with your gadgets especially cellphone. Take notes, you can write a main ideas and a suggestion for improvement. CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Do you and me need to change? and why?
Is about time for me to change. I already know back then but I resist to make changes. Why? The reasons because I'm afraid of the uncertainty and I'm lack of confident until today. This morning change my perception toward life. I would like to share with you with the hope that you guys can make changes for your sake not mine.
WHY I NEED TO CHANGE?
- the world is moving forward not backward. So, in order to stay we need to keep up. Nobody will wait for us. Change is the only ways to keep up.
WHAT I NEED TO CHANGE?
-your perception. Change your perspective. Don't stuck with negativity. "This can't be done. I don't want to try. Its too difficult. I'm not good enough." those words need to put in a dustbin. Those thought is not good for our self-esteem. For some reasons, I admit that I also struggling with these words. However, let by gone be by gone. Move forward.
-clear with the purpose of the change you make. When you have an objective, you'll find yourself driven to success.
HOW TO CHANGE?
-the basic things is to plan your change. Start with your self development. Be positive! Be more observant and sensitive to change that take place around you.
"Those who have no plan is PLAN TO FAIL."
-don't keep on doing the same thing. Think of a strategy for your change.
